The Connection (formerly Maida Learning) provides education, resources, mentoring and support for allied health professionals and private practice owners in Australia. From the get-go, founder Amy Geach wanted to make it clear that The Connection is not a quick-fix solution factory or a policy template shop. The Connection was created for people ready to get stuck in and willing to get vulnerable. To counterbalance this gung-ho energy, we brought in messaging to highlight the community and culture of kindness that makes The Connection different from its more masculine and individualistic competitors. The Connection needed to convey that it is possible to transform your business without sacrificing yourself along the way.
